چکیده
PM 2.5 can cause adverse health effects via several pathways, such as inducing pulmonary and systemic inflammation, penetration into circulation, activation of the autonomic nervous system. In particular, impact exposure on liver, which plays an important role in metabolism detoxification to maintain internal environment homeostasis, is getting more attention recent years. present study, C57BL/6J mice were randomly assigned treated with suspension PBS solution for 8 weeks. Then, hepatic tissue was prepared identified by metabolomics analysis transcriptomics analysis. extensive metabolic disturbances, particularly lipid amino acids dysregulation.128 differential expression metabolites (DEMs) 502 differently expressed genes (DEGs) between group control detected. The Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analyses showed that DEGs significantly enriched two disease non-alcoholic fatty liver (NAFLD) type II diabetes mellitus (T2DM), three signaling are TGF-beta signaling, AMPK mTOR signaling. Besides, further detection acylcarnitine levels revealed accumulation tissue, caused restricted consumption. Furthermore, droplet confirmed Oil Red O staining, suggesting steatosis. Moreover, aberrant key transcription factors potential regulatory disorders, peroxisomal proliferative agent-activated receptors (PPARs) including PPARα PPARγ inhibited, activated sterol regulator-binding protein 1 (SREBP1) overexpressed. Our results provide a novel molecular genetic basis better understanding mechanisms exposure-induced diseases, especially metabolism.

Nitrooleic Acid Attenuates Lipid Metabolic Disorders and Liver Steatosis in DOCA-Salt Hypertensive Mice
Nitrooleic acid (OA-NO2) is endogenous ligands for peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors. The present study was aimed at investigating the beneficial effects of OA-NO2 on the lipid metabolism and liver steatosis in deoxycorticosterone acetate- (DOCA-) salt induced hypertensive mice model. Male C57BL/6 mice were divided to receive DOCA-salt plus OA-NO2 or DOCA-salt plus vehicle and another...
متن کاملDietary Fatty Acids Alter Lipid Profiles and Induce Myocardial Dysfunction without Causing Metabolic Disorders in Mice
Oversupply of bulk saturated fatty acids (SFA) induces metabolic disorders and myocardial dysfunction. We investigated whether, without causing metabolic disorders, the uptake of individual dietary SFA species alters lipid profiles and induces myocardial dysfunction. C57BL/6 mice were fed various customized long-chain SFA diets (40% caloric intake from SFA), including a beef tallow (HBD), cocoa...
متن کاملImprovement on lipid metabolic disorder by 3'-deoxyadenosine in high-fat-diet-induced fatty mice.
This study explores the effects of 3'-deoxyadenosine, a compound from Cordyceps militaris, on lipid metabolic disorder induced by a high-fat-diet in C57BL/6 mice. These mice had an obese body, lipid metabolic disorder and insulin resistance and were treated orally with 100 mg/kg/day 3'-deoxyadenosine (DA), 15 mg/kg/day rosiglitazone and 150 mg/kg/day fenofibrate, respectively. Compared to the m...
متن کاملEffects of selenium nanoparticles on kidney and liver functional disorders in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats
Introduction: Diabetes mellitus, as a chronic metabolic disease, is associated with a wide range of kidney and liver disorders. The goal of this study was to indicate the effects of selenium nanoparticles on the function of kidney and liver enzymes in stereptozocin induced diabetic rats. Methods: In this study, 35 male wistar rats were divided into five groups (n=7): control, diabetic control a...
متن کاملDifferential gene expression and lipid metabolism in fatty liver induced by acute ethanol treatment in mice.
Ethanol induces cumulative liver damage including steatosis, steatohepatitis and cirrhosis. The aim of this study is to investigate the global intrahepatic gene expression profile in the mouse liver treated with ethanol. A single oral dose of 0.5 or 5 g/kg ethanol was administered to male ICR mice, and liver samples were obtained after 6, 24 and 72 h. Histopathological evaluation showed typical...
